Job Title: National Account Manager Company: Lumino Inc. Location: Madison, WI Job Overview - Lumino Inc./Intercrown is seeking a dynamic and driven National Account Manager to lead strategic partnerships with major retail customers including Walmart, Lowe's, Home Depot, Target, Menards, Amazon, and Wayfair. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional passionate about driving growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives. You'll play a pivotal role in managing national accounts, developing new business, supporting product development, and creating marketing campaigns from concept to consumer. This is a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally across departments-- Product Design, Engineering, Finance, Customer Service, and more. Key Responsibilities * Build and maintain strong relationships with key national accounts. * Drive sales growth by developing and executing customer-specific sales and marketing strategies. * Own day-to-day account management activities and provide top-tier customer support. * Track and communicate performance metrics and KPIs to stakeholders. * Identify and cultivate new customer relationships. * Collaborate with international manufacturing partners and ensure readiness for customer audits. * Partner with testing labs to meet compliance and product performance standards. * Manage account-level P&L, pricing, and profitability strategies. * Assist in the development of new products and go-to-market strategies. * Create and execute detailed timelines for product rollouts. * Conduct market research and competitive analysis. * Prepare and present compelling sales presentations for retail partners. * Support semi-annual competitive shopping initiatives. Other Duties & Travel Expectations * Domestic travel required (about once a quarter). * Potential International travel * Assist with cross-functional and ad-hoc company projects as needed. * Adhere to company policies and internal controls.
