Manager of Operations B.W. Baker Insurance Agency | Malibu, CA B.W. Baker Insurance Agency is a high end boutique insurance agency built on relationships, discretion, and strong execution. Our clients include large accounts and high level individuals who expect accuracy, responsiveness, and a polished experience. We are seeking an experienced insurance leader to manage operations, uphold service standards, and keep both sales and service performance accountable in a fast paced environment. This is a senior leadership role with real responsibility and influence. You will set the standard for how the office runs and how the team performs. What You 'll Do Operations and Leadership
- Manage day to day agency operations and ensure workflows are organized, efficient, and followed
- Lead CSRs and support staff with clear expectations, training, and accountability
- Maintain standards around attendance, responsiveness, documentation, and professionalism
- Improve internal processes to support accuracy, efficiency, and growth
- Partner closely with ownership on priorities, staffing, and performance Client Service and CSR Execution
- Oversee CSR work including endorsements, policy changes, billing support, certificates, renewals, follow up, and documentation
- Ensure a consistently high level of client communication and service quality
- Review work for accuracy, prevent errors, and coach best practices
- Step in on complex or sensitive accounts when needed Sales Accountability
- Hold sales activity accountable including follow up, quoting, binders, renewals, and cross sell efforts
- Track pipeline activity and production trends and address gaps early
- Support a culture where both service execution and sales follow through matter Required Experience and Licensing
- Minimum 5 years of insurance industry experience
- Minimum 5 years of leadership or management experience
- Active Property and Casualty license required
- Active Life and Health license required
- Strong understanding of agency operations, CSR workflows, and sales support
- Comfortable working with large accounts and high level individuals
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high expectation environment
