We are expanding into new markets and actively hiring AT&T Retail Account Assistants to join our team! We are a sales and business development firm providing our clients with personalized outreach solutions that assist them in maximizing their presence in local retail locations. This entry-level AT&T Retail Account Assistant role is ideal for individuals who enjoy personalized interaction and are looking to develop sales, customer service, and account management skills in a retail environment. As an AT&T Retail Account Assistant, you will represent one of our internet and telecommunications client, AT&T, by engaging directly with customers in retail settings. You'll help connect them with internet services that best match their needs while learning the fundamentals of sales, marketing, and team leadership. AT &T Retail Account Assistant Responsibilities: * Promote and explain fiber internet products and services to customers inside retail stores * Deliver excellent service while meeting sales and enrollment goals * Participate in hands-on AT&T Retail Account Assistant meetings led by team leads and managers * Learn to handle customer questions, overcome objections, and close sales * Assist with campaign setup, display management, and store partner relationships * Collaborate with AT&T Retail Account Assistant team members to hit performance targets and improve sales outcomes * Represent client brands with professionalism, energy, and product knowledge AT &T Retail Account Assistant Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required * Prior experience in customer service, sales, or retail is a plus (not required) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * A willingness to learn, take direction, and adapt in a fast-paced environment * Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work full-time * Comfortable standing and engaging customers Job Type: Full-time Pay: $4,000.00 - $4,800.00 per month Benefits: * Professional development assistance Work Location: In person
