About the Role

You'll meet homeowners and businesses in your area, offering our professional turf-cleaning and maintenance services. This is a hands-on, field-based sales role -- not a desk job. Expect real conversations, quick wins, and fast commissions. What You 'll Do

• Canvass neighborhoods and generate new leads
• Present turf-cleaning packages and explain pricing
• Close deals and hit monthly sales goals
• Track leads and follow-ups in our CRM
• Coordinate with operations to ensure great customer experiences
