Marine Center of Indiana, home of the midwest's largest boat showroom and many premium boating brands is seeking an experienced salesperson to join our sales staff. Our sales staff routinely sells 4M-6M individually annually. This position is primarily boat sales related and dealing with customers, leads, follow up, an overall customer service experience. Our dealership has one of the highest CSI scores in the industry and most of that is from excellent follow up and customer service from our sales representatives. Previous experience working at a marine dealership is strongly preferred for this position (preferably as a salesperson). A boating background, a passion for boating, and ability to trailer and/or run boats is necessary for this position. However, we will consider anyone with a boating background and other out of industry sales experience. There is a base rate for pay, vacation, 401K, health care available.
