Established in 1933, Thomas Brick is Northeast Ohio's premier distributor of tile, stone, and architectural products. As a family-owned brick, tile, stone, and architectural products supplier, we provide our customers with the guidance and expertise needed to create something unique and beautiful. Our Beachwood showroom has over 600 samples of brick, stone, and pavers on display. Commercially, we work with architects, developers, and business owners to provide the tools they need to bring their project visions to life. We have been fortunate to supply material on projects such as Cleveland Indians Progressive Field, Rock Mortgage Fieldhouse, SouthPark Mall, Cleveland Clinic, American Greetings, Beachwood Place, Pinecrest, and Crocker Park. Thomas Brick is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented SALES COORDINATOR/ASSISTANT to join our Beachwood showroom team. This role is the first point of contact for customers and plays a key part in supporting our Sales Consultants and maintaining a professional, well-run showroom environment. WHAT YOU 'LL DO: * Greet customers as they arrive and direct them to the appropriate Sales Consultant. * Process payments, coordinate order pickups, and handle related paperwork. * Answer incoming phone calls and route inquiries appropriately. * Assist with showroom organization, including maintaining sample displays and inventory. * Submit purchase orders for showroom samples and track incoming materials. * Provide general administrative support to the Sales Consultant team. * Help ensure the showroom is welcoming, organized, and customer-ready at all times. * Promote and contribute to a working atmosphere across all departments that results in strong cooperation, efficiency, and teamwork. WHAT YOU 'LL NEED: * Strong customer service and communication skills. * Excellent organization and attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a busy showroom setting. * Comfort handling payments, paperwork, and basic administrative duties. * A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to help wherever needed. * Prior experience in customer service, administrative support, or sales coordination. * Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively. * Ability to build rapport with customers. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability and desire to work in a collaborative environment. * High integrity and core values. * Desire to learn and grow in our environment of professional development.
