Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and self-starting Inside Sales Associate with a background in the dental industry a requirement. This position is focused on promoting our dental laboratory, education center, and distribution center through both inbound and outbound calls. The role offers significant room for growth and development within our company. Key Responsibilities: * Field incoming calls and place outbound calls to promote Esthetic Professionals. * Build and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals and clients. * Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries regarding products, services, and orders. * Be part of the Sales Team exceeding sales targets and company goals. * Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity. Qualifications: * Dental industry experience (required). * Previous sales experience, preferably in dental sales (a plus). * Dental Professionals also welcome to apply * Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
