As a Sales Agent at MonteVista Homes, you will work onsite in our sales center, welcoming potential buyers and guiding them through the home-buying process. This is a long-term position for an experienced salesperson or licensed real estate broker. * Key Responsibilities: * Work onsite at our model homes in NE Oregon (Hermiston, Umatilla) or Central Oregon (Bend, Madras, and Redmond). * Welcome and assist potential homebuyers, providing exceptional customer service. * Present and sell our beautiful new homes to clients. * Guide clients through the entire home-buying process, from initial inquiry to closing. * Maintain a thorough knowledge of our home designs, features, and communities. * Utilize tech tools and CRM systems to manage leads and follow up with clients. * Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive prospecting and client engagement. * Conduct market research to stay informed about competing homebuilders and market trends. * Organize and host open houses, community events, and promotional activities. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents and brokers to generate referrals. Qualifications: * A College degree in a related field, or equivalent experience. * Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success. * Ability to obtain an Oregon Real Estate license (required). * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and use new tools. * Self-motivated, driven by success, and eager to achieve high income. * Excellent attitude and a desire to continuously improve and grow. * Ability to work weekends and holidays to accommodate potential buyers' schedules. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
