Enjoy great pay and love coming to work each day! Plenty of Places is currently looking for a Floating Leasing Consultant to work on our community located in Las Vegas. We are looking for candidates with experience in the sales, restaurant, hotel and customer service industries. Experience in our industry is preferred, but the customer service industry experience is a plus. The qualified candidate will have outstanding customer service and sales ability. This is the position for you if you are looking for a career with a company that likes to promote from within. Benefits include: * $18 - $22 per hour ($37,440 to $45,760 per year). * Accrued Paid Time Off = 2 weeks paid time off for the first 4 years. Increased after 4th year to 3 weeks, 4 weeks upon the 6th year, and 5 weeks at year 10. * 7 paid holidays per year which includes a floating holiday. * 401K - Matched at 3%. * Medical insurance, Dental, Vision - 75% paid by Plenty of Places. Free $10,000 Life Insurance paid by company. * Top pay for the right candidate. * $25 phone reimbursement. Responsibilities include: * Working with leasing inquiries and securing appointments * Providing property tours * Closing and processing rental applications * Preparing residents leases and assisting with move-in coordination * Assist the community manager in the day to day operation of the community Requirements: * Self-starter attitude, reliability, discretion and ability to maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times * Must possess a high level of energy, enthusiasm and a positive attitude * Excellent customer service and sales skills * Computer skills and property management software experience a plus * Must be available to work Saturdays * Bilingual in English/Spanish Preferred * Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, good driving record, current insurance * Background check is required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Experience: * Property leasing: 1 year (Required) Ability to Commute: * Las Vegas, NV 89169 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Las Vegas, NV 89169: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
