Job Title: Product Specialist Reports to: Sales Manager This position is responsible for promoting, supporting, and growing sales and rentals of Okada hydraulic hammers and demolition tools and Leica Geosystems. The Product Specialist serves as the subject-matter expert, supporting customers and internal teams through technical knowledge, application guidance, and proactive sales efforts to expand market share and customer relationships. Essential Functions: * Serve as the primary product expert for Okada hydraulic hammers, including models, specifications, applications, and compatibility with various carrier equipment. * Responsible for producing incremental rental and sales revenue for Impact through product demonstrations, application support, and solution-based selling. * Drive & Increase service and parts revenue related to hammers and demolition tools. * Forecast/Report areas for expected growth opportunities in existing and new emerging markets for hydraulic hammers and demolition tools. * Responsible for supporting office & field operations in the installation, inventory tracking, renting, and customer support of Leica Geosystems. * Responsible for jobsite visits on new rentals of hydraulic hammer and demolition tools proper operator performance and application. * Coordinates and provides regular informative updates with the Sales Manager, President, and Rental Coordinators regarding the rental opportunity. * Responsible for effectively communicating with customers in person, via telephone, email, and additional communication methods to recommend or provide appropriate Okada solutions. * Assist the IMPACT team with product knowledge. * Work and communicate timely, complete information with IMPACT staff ensuring exceptional customer service. * Record pertinent customer, jobsite, and related information into the rental CRM software. * Maintain company provided truck in a clean, professional manner promoting the corporate Impact branding. Qualifications: * College Degree is preferred not required. * Experience with hydraulic hammers, construction equipment, demolition tools, or related heavy equipment strongly preferred. * Ability to learn and understand Leica Geosystems software and products. * Exceptional relationship building skills are necessary. * The ability to work in a fast paced environment where multi-taking is required. * Sense of Urgency with a desire to serve is essential. * The ability to promote the Vision, Mission, and Values of IMPACT. Physical Requirements: * Must have physical stamina and strength to stand and walk for extended periods of time. * Must be able to engage in conversation with various groups including but not limited to clients and vendors. * Must be able to travel frequently to attend meetings, presentations, and jobsites. * Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
