We are seeking a charismatic and persuasive Online Sales Representative to lead TikTok Live sessions focused on crystal and healing stone products. Whether you're deeply into spiritual wellness or simply love beautiful, meaningful items, this role is for you. You'll be the voice of our crystal collection--educating, inspiring, and converting viewers into loyal customers through energetic and engaging live shows. This position is ideal for individuals with strong sales backgrounds (e.g., jewelry, wellness products, home decor, or high-touch retail) who are confident, clear communicators and know how to drive urgency and interest in a live setting. Responsibilities: Host live shopping sessions on TikTok, introducing and promoting various crystal products (e.g., healing stones, bracelets, towers, spheres). Educate customers on the meaning, properties, and usage of different crystals. Respond to viewer questions and comments in real-time with positivity and confidence. Build excitement and trust with viewers to drive purchases during live shows. Collaborate with our marketing and product team to align on content and featured items. Ensure high levels of customer engagement and conversion. Qualifications: Strong communication and presentation skills--comfortable speaking on camera or voice-only. Experience in sales (retail, direct sales, or e-commerce preferred). Passion for crystals, holistic wellness, or spiritual/self-care products is a big plus. Ability to think on your feet and create engaging moments under pressure. No TikTok or social media experience required--we'll train the right candidate.
