Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Sales Gallery Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients visiting our sales gallery, creating a welcoming environment that inspires confidence and enthusiasm. Your primary goal is to facilitate a seamless experience for visitors, provide exceptional customer service, and support the sales process through effective communication and organization. Duties * Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable from the moment they arrive * Provide detailed information about available products or properties, answering questions with clarity and enthusiasm * Assist sales team by scheduling appointments, managing visitor logs, and maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the gallery space * Support the sales process by collecting visitor feedback and documenting client preferences for follow-up * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all promotional materials are stocked, up-to-date, and visually appealing * Maintain accurate records of visitor interactions, appointments, and inquiries using designated CRM or tracking systems * Contribute to a lively, engaging environment that encourages visitor interaction and positive experiences Experience * Proven experience in customer service or sales roles, ideally within real estate, retail, or hospitality sectors * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences * Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude * Familiarity with CRM software or other client management tools is preferred * Enthusiastic about learning product details and conveying information confidently to visitors Licensing * While a Real Estate License is NOT required, it is encouraged. Please apply regardless. Hours/Availability * This is a Part-Time position. * The hours are flexible, we ask that you be available multiple Saturdays per month.
