Job description: Compensation Note: The base salary for this position is $45,000/year. However, this role is designed for sales-driven professionals--the commission structure is strong, and Sales Consultants can typically earn $80,000 -$90,000+ annually. We 're Hiring: Wedding Sales Consultant at The Larimore Are you a natural people-person who loves building relationships and closing deals? We're looking for a motivated and outgoing Wedding Sales Consultant to join our team at The Larimore, where you'll play a key role in turning dream weddings into reality while enjoying a fast-paced, rewarding career in sales. Nestled on 6 picturesque acres, The Larimore instantly transports couples and guests the moment they arrive. Since September 2023, The Larimore has been proudly part of The Gilchrist Collection , a growing family of 12 extraordinary wedding venues across the US and UK, all dedicated to delivering once-in-a-lifetime celebrations. The Sales role will include but not limited to: * Responding to all inquiries and leads that reach out about the venue promptly and professionally. This includes tracking and responding to any leads that come directly from the website, calling in, wedding websites, ads, Google, social media, etc. * Having a full understanding and knowledge of the venue, the services it offers, the prices, the rental contract, policies and all information about the venue to be able to answer any question from potential clients. * Conducting tours of the venue. Creating contracts and invoices for the wedding sales. * Updating all administrative spreadsheets and creating wedding folders for sold weddings. * Meeting sales expectations weekly and taking the initiative to get training on any areas you may feel you are lacking in order to reach your goals. The successful applicant will have the following: * Be highly sales focused and driven * Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop effective relationships * A positive attitude * Highly organized * Works well within a close team but also able to work under your own initiative * Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service * Previous experience in a sales role is preferred. * Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Drive is preferred Full time office based role, 40 hours with a heavy weekend based schedule.
