Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with potential clients, managing existing accounts, and expanding our market presence across various industries. Responsibilities * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking * Manage and grow existing client accounts by providing exceptional customer service and tailored solutions * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients * Engage in direct sales efforts, including inside and outside sales activities, to meet or exceed sales targets * Utilize software to track leads, manage customer information, and analyze sales data * Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for market penetration and brand awareness * Upsell additional products or services to existing customers to increase revenue * Maintain thorough knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and product offerings for effective selling Skills * Proven experience in B2B sales, or technology sales * Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills * Strong analysis skills for evaluating market data and identifying opportunities * Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales techniques * Knowledge of marketing strategies related to business development and retail sales environments * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction * Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals and managing growth Job Type: Full-time Pay: $2.00 - $3.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * Health insurance * Paid time off Work Location: In person
