Responsibilities * Execute a proven business roadmap supported by advanced systems and AI-driven tools Follow structured workflows and technology-enabled processes to manage leads, clients, and transactions efficiently, ensuring consistency, scalability, and a high-level client experience. * Generate, nurture, and convert opportunities into qualified appointments Actively engage in prospecting and relationship-building activities to build a sustainable pipeline, maintain momentum, and create predictable income. * Advise and represent buyers throughout the purchasing process Consult with buyers, secure representation agreements, identify suitable properties, and guide them through negotiations and contract execution to achieve favorable outcomes. * Advise and represent sellers by securing listings and executing effective marketing strategies Leverage expertise in pricing, staging, positioning, and market analysis to attract qualified buyers, maximize value, and reduce time on market. * Negotiate contracts and manage transactions for both buyers and sellers Lead negotiations with professionalism and strategic insight to protect client interests while ensuring smooth progression from contract to closing. * Utilize performance tracking, communication tools, and market intelligence platforms Monitor tasks, activities, and client engagement through integrated technology to stay organized, responsive, and data-driven in daily decision-making. * Participate in coaching, training, and collaborative team activities Engage in weekly coaching, skill-building sessions, and partner calls to sharpen communication, improve conversion, stay current on market trends, and contribute to a collaborative team culture. Qualifications You are a motivated, results-driven sales professional with a competitive spirit. You excel at building rapport, listening to client needs, identifying solutions, and converting prospects into opportunities. Prospecting and lead generation come naturally, objections are handled confidently, and delivering exceptional client service is your priority.
