Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Used Parts Salesperson, where your enthusiasm for automotive parts and exceptional customer service skills will drive success. In this role, you will be responsible for selling used auto parts to a diverse customer base, including retail customers and repair shops. Your expertise in inventory management and costumer service will ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory control. Duties * Engage with customers via phone, in person, or online to understand their needs and recommend suitable used auto parts. * Utilize automotive diagnostics and repair knowledge to identify the correct parts for various vehicle makes and models. * Negotiate prices and terms effectively to close sales while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction. * Process transactions efficiently through cashiering duties, including cash handling and receipt issuance. * Maintain excellent communication skills to provide clear product information, answer customer inquiries, and handle phone etiquette professionally. Experience * Proven experience in automotive service environments is highly preferred. * Demonstrated success in retail sales management or dealership sales roles involving used auto parts is advantageous. * Familiarity with inventory management software such as Car Part or similar systems is desirable. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stock control and order fulfillment processes. * Excellent communication skills in bilingual or multilingual settings are a plus for serving diverse customer bases.
