Duties * Engage in outside sales activities by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within assigned territories. * Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to educate clients on roofing solutions and benefits. * Manage existing accounts through regular follow-up, upselling, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. * Generate leads through cold calling, networking events, marketing campaigns, and leveraging CRM software tools like Salesforce. * Develop and implement territory management strategies to maximize sales potential and market penetration. * Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals. * Collaborate with internal teams on marketing initiatives, product launches, and sales strategies to enhance overall business development efforts. Qualifications * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within the roofing or construction industry is preferred. * Strong management skills with a track record of territory management and account growth. * Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce for lead generation, pipeline management, and customer tracking. * Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions. * Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service and relationship building. * Ability to conduct product demos effectively and handle objections confidently during the sales process. * Demonstrated success in cold calling, direct sales, retail sales, or inside sales environments is highly desirable.
