Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with pre-qualified leads fed to you by our marketing team. Your focus will be on scheduling home visits, building relationships with homeowners, assessing customer needs, and providing tailored solutions to maximize comfort and energy savings for the homeowner. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and the ability to consult with homeowners to provide customized solutions that enhance their comfort and reduce energy costs. Responsibilities

:

• Consult with homeowners to evaluate needs and recommend solutions for optimal comfort and energy efficiency.
• Conduct in-home assessments to identify areas for improvement, offering a wide range of services, including a myriad of home improvement, insulation, and energy-efficiency upgrades.
• Educate customers about the benefits of energy-saving solutions, building long-term trust and ensuring satisfaction.
• Collaborate with our team of technicians, installers, and customer service representatives to ensure seamless project execution.
• Build and maintain a strong referral network to drive ongoing business growth.

Requirements

:

• Sales experience of any type.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within our industry.
• Ability to thrive in a customer-focused and results-driven environment. Details:
• Full-Time
• Monday-Friday, with some weekends as needed.
• Pay: $80,000 - $150,000 per year.
