Job Summary We are seeking an experienced bilingual Spanish-speaking sales representative for credit card processing and point of sale (POS) systems. If you have sold Clover POS in the past, it's a big bonus. All inbound leads with no cold calling. Expected to close 30+ accounts per month. We pay hourly + commission + residual. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to effectively serve our diverse customer base. Responsibilities * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation and networking, with a focus on credit card processing and POS solutions. * Conduct product demonstrations in both English and Spanish to showcase features and benefits to potential customers. * Manage customer relationships by providing exceptional bilingual service and support throughout the sales process. * Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our credit card processing and POS products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients in both languages. * Utilize Salesforce or other software tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities. * Collaborate with team members to strategize on territory management and optimize sales efforts, including targeting Spanish-speaking markets. * Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote our products and expand your network, leveraging bilingual skills for broader outreach. * Meet or exceed established sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction across diverse linguistic groups. Skills * Proven experience in retail sales, direct sales, credit card processing, or POS environments. * Strong lead generation skills with a proactive approach to finding new business opportunities, especially in bilingual markets. * Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly in both English and Spanish. * Familiarity with territory management techniques and outside sales strategies. * Proficient in using software tools for sales tracking and reporting, particularly Salesforce. * Ability to conduct engaging product demos that effectively communicate value propositions in both languages. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple accounts simultaneously. * Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Spanish, enabling clear interaction with clients and team members.
