That background allows me to coach and mentor my team with practical knowledge and a genuine desire to help them grow. I'm a proud graduate of Purdue University-Indianapolis, where I earned my B.S. in Psychology, and Indiana Wesleyan University, where I completed my MBA. As a family-owned agency with two children of my own, staying connected to the community is a big part of who I am. I serve as a Board Member for Project Will, supporting young adults with behavioral health challenges, and I'm an Indy Chamber Ambassador, helping welcome new businesses and strengthen local connections across Indianapolis. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
