What You'll Do As an Automotive Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional buying and ownership experience: * Greet customers warmly and respond to inquiries in person, by phone, and online * Gather customer needs and guide them through vehicle options * Become a product expert on Subaru vehicles, features, packages, and technology * Build strong, lasting relationships that create lifelong customers * Present vehicle and financing options clearly and confidently * Follow up with customers before and after the sale * Complete dealership and manufacturer certification training * Meet or exceed monthly sales goals * Work closely with Sales Management on performance objectives * Conduct all business ethically, professionally, and with integrity What We're Looking For * High energy, positive attitude, and strong communication skills * Customer service mindset with a consultative sales approach * Professional appearance and reliable attendance * Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed * Desire for financial growth and long-term career advancement No automotive sales experience required. We provide paid professional sales training. Candidates from hospitality, retail, call centers, finance, insurance, and customer service are strongly encouraged to apply.
