You will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and objectives, while constantly expanding our customer base. Key Responsibilities: * Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients to identify security needs and provide suitable solutions. * Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives. * Conduct in-depth product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our security solutions. * Generate leads and follow-up on potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other prospecting strategies. * Negotiate and close sales deals by understanding client needs, addressing obstacles and concerns, and presenting value-added solutions. * Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities, opportunities, and results. * Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead in the market. Qualifications: * Proven track record of at least 3 years in B2B sales, preferably in the security industry. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. * A professional attitude and appearance, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any other related field.
