What You 'll Do: * Generate qualified leads through neighborhood canvassing and community engagement. * Build rapport with homeowners and create interest in roofing solutions. * Identify potential storm-affected areas and initiate outreach to generate warm leads for the sales team. * Represent the Shamrock brand professionally and enthusiastically in local communities. * Track and report lead activity consistently to support the sales pipeline. * Contribute ideas, energy, and initiative to a high-performance team environment. * Participate in training, coaching, and competitions that support your growth and earning potential. Requirements * Minimum 18 years of age (21+ with a valid MVR on file to use company trucks). * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Ability to carry and transport a ladder; able to climb and lift 50 lbs. * Willing to work a five-day work week with Saturdays required every week. * Not afraid of heights; comfortable working outdoors in door-to-door environments. * Strong communication skills; goal-driven, disciplined, and coachable. * Own a cell phone. * Leadership potential is a plus, and advancement opportunities are available.
