Who We 're Looking For We're seeking motivated & licensed real estate agents--new or experienced--who want to grow their business with real opportunities, hands-on leadership, and a team that actively supports your success. What You 'll Do

• Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in residential and/or commercial transactions
• Follow up with company-provided leads and convert opportunities into clients
• Build and nurture your personal database and sphere
• Attend weekly workshops and ongoing coaching for career development
• Market listings with full marketing and branding support
• Collaborate with leadership and teammates to improve skills and close more deals What We Offer

Qualifications

• Active California Real Estate License (or currently working toward one)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
