Business Development Manager Overview We are a customer-first roofing company committed to exceptional workmanship and service. Integrity is our #1 core value. We're hiring a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive new business growth, expand referral partnerships, and lead sales initiatives. Roofing experience is a plus but not required--we'll train the right person with strong sales instincts and a relationship-building mindset. What You 'll Do * Prospect and generate new residential and/or commercial leads * Build, nurture, and expand referral relationships (property managers, contractors, insurance agents, realtors, community partners) * Qualify leads, conduct needs assessments, and coordinate estimates/inspections with operations * Own the full sales cycle from first contact to close; maintain an organized and accurate CRM pipeline * Attend networking events, trade shows, and community outreach opportunities to represent the company * Support, coach, and collaborate with sales team members as needed * Provide leadership with consistent sales reporting, forecasting, and performance updates * Uphold our standard of integrity, professionalism, and exceptional customer service in every interaction Basic Qualifications * Experience in business development, sales, account management, or customer service (B2B or B2C) * Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills * Proven relationship-building ability with strong organizational and follow-up skills * Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a growth-focused environment * Roofing/construction industry experience is preferred but not required * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software tools Compensation & Benefits * Competitive base salary ($55k-$70k) + uncapped commission + performance bonuses * Advancement opportunities and professional development support * Paid time off and holiday pay (customize with your specific PTO/benefits details) * Additional perks based on role performance and tenure About Us We are dedicated to doing what's right--every time.
