• Actively engage with customers in person to understand their needs and recommend tailored telecommunications products and services.
• Serve as a trusted resource, guiding prospects through product features, pricing, and service options as a knowledgeable Entry Level Account Manager.
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally to deliver a positive customer experience.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships that foster loyalty, referrals, and repeat business, a core focus of every Entry Level Account Manager.
• Support the sales team in achieving and exceeding individual and team revenue goals through effective follow-through and customer engagement.
• Accurately document customer interactions, proposals, and sales activities in our CRM system as required of an Entry Level Account Manager.
• Stay informed about new products, promotions, and competitor offerings to enhance your effectiveness as an Entry Level Account Manager. What We 're Looking For in an Entry Level Account Manager
• Authorization to work in the U.S. and be at least 18 years old.
• Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, and telecommunications.
