Key Responsibilities: * Doing sales and to be in contact with people * Offer a great customer service * Grow the business by maximizing the sales potential in every customer contact * Cultivate and develop new accounts designated by the company * Meet or exceed all weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals * Seek to better understand every customer's business needs, requirements and expectations in order to provide best possible solution. * Keep current customers and find new customers. * Ensures internal and external customer satisfaction by effectively managing the order process from initial point of contact to Delivery * Strong organizational skill and attention to detail. WE OFFER BASE SALARY + COMMISSIONS Skills: * Ability to multi-task and adapt to schedule changes * Ability to drive around Houston * Ability to organize customers and visits * Ability to manage a computer. * Ability to lift more than 20 pounds. * Ability to walk, run and up down the stairs. Experience Required: * Minimum 2 to 5 years of sales experience * Experience in Customer service and sales * Must speak Spanish and English fluently
