What You Bring: * A passion for people, powersports, and closing the deal * Confidence, curiosity, and the ability to connect with just about anyone * Solid communication, negotiation, and time management skills * A customer-first mindset with a positive, professional attitude * Comfortable using CRM tools and willing to work evenings & weekends * Required - Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record Why Work Here?
