Summary We are seeking an highly motivated self starting In-Home Estimator to join our team at Purchase Green Artificial Grass. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for projects involving artificial grass installation. This position is for the organized, communicator, and hungry sales person. Your expertise will play a vital role in ensuring project profitability and efficiency. Pay: Base Salary 42,000-50,000; commission on gross and nets, additional bonus on KPI's Responsibilities * Prepare detailed cost estimates for artificial grass installation projects. * Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine scope and requirements. * Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to secure favorable terms. * Monitor project costs and implement cost control measures throughout the project lifecycle. * Work with foreman to ensure all work performed aligns with project budgets, timelines and scope of work. Requirements * Proven experience in construction sales and estimating or a related field (concrete, pavers, retaining walls, landscape construction, masonry, hardscape) * Strong understanding of construction contracts and negotiation techniques. * Proficient in using estimating software like Jobber. * Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate cost assessments. * Ability to communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors.
