Job description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Bridal Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and guidance to brides-to-be as they navigate the exciting journey of selecting their wedding attire and accessories. Your expertise and personalized approach will help create memorable experiences for our clients, ensuring they feel confident and beautiful on their special day. Responsibilities * Assist brides in selecting wedding gowns, bridesmaid dresses, and accessories that align with their vision and style. * Provide knowledgeable product demonstrations and detailed information about fabrics, styles, and trends. * Maintain an organized stock of inventory, ensuring that all products are displayed attractively and are readily available for clients. * Utilize POS systems efficiently to process sales transactions and manage inventory levels. * Communicate effectively with clients both in-person and over the phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. * Supervise fittings and alterations, ensuring that each garment meets the client's specifications. * Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and preferences, providing tailored recommendations. * Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming environment that enhances the shopping experience.
