We are seeking a California-licensed Insurance Producer to help grow our book of business through consultative selling and relationship-based service. This role is ideal for energetic, licensed producers who enjoy educating clients, closing sales, and building long-term value. Proven experience in insurance sales and customer service. Being bilingual is a plus (immediate need for both \"English and Mandarin\" and/or \"English and Spanish\" speaking candidates). Minimum education: high school degree Achieve/exceed monthly sales goals and earn commissions for it. Goal-oriented, self-Motivated, Self-Starter, and motivated by performance- based pay. Responsibilities * Make outbound calls to both cold and warm leads. * Prospect for new clients through referrals, networking, marketing efforts, provided sales leads, and cross-sales to the existing book of business. * Assess client needs and recommend appropriate personal and commercial lines of policies and coverages. * Educate clients on Auto, Home, Umbrella, Life, and Commercial insurance. * Overcome objections using proven sales scripts. * Close sales by completing and submitting accurate insurance applications. * Collect premiums and ensure proper documentation and recordkeeping. * Follow up with prospects, nurture relationships, and close sales. * Achieve monthly sales goals and earn commissions for it.
