Job Responsibilities * Customer Service: Greet and engage customers, provide product information, and assist in making purchase decisions. * Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets by upselling, cross-selling, and promoting store promotions. * Merchandising: Ensure merchandise is properly displayed, stocked, tagged, and organized to reflect brand standards. * Cashiering: Accurately handle cash, credit, and other transactions while maintaining a high level of integrity. * Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or issues in a professional and efficient manner. * Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to achieve store goals and foster a positive work environment. * Store Maintenance: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe store environment, including inventory checks and restocking as well as any tasks assigned by Management. Qualifications * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Basic math and counting skills required. * Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to changing priorities. * Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
