A travel company is seeking multiple Bilingual English/Japanese Assistant Manager/Corporate Sales to join their team in Torrance, CA. This position is responsible for driving the corporate sales strategy and achieving revenue quotas for Marketing & Sales. A bachelors degree, 5-10 years in airline and travel industry, experience with Sales, and the ability to speak conversational Japanese is required. This is a full-time, hybrid, exempt position, with excellent benefits and 401k. Bilingual English/Japanese Assistant Manager/Corporate Sales Duties -Liaison to United counterpart who also manage the corporate sales team and Joint Venture Strategy -External: Support Corporate Sales team on contract Management including account development, Sales Leadership meeting, negotiation, and escalation process. -Internal: Oversee the corporate sales team activity, review and feedback sales activity, account performance and analysis, budget planning and execution, advisory on customer inquiry, negotiation, contract management. -Achieve assigned Corporate Sales Unit targets and route revenue goals -Support the development of yearly sales plans and strategies, -Regularly review and evaluate the team's sales performance against established goals -Manage sales performance and budgets -Develop and maintain strong relations with key internal stakeholders and external partners -Coordinate the development of effective sales strategies, including pricing, sales promotions, and revenue management initiatives -Direct and manage the sales team -Oversee the goal-setting process for subordinate staff, conduct performance evaluations, provide necessary feedback, and coordinate training Bilingual English/Japanese Assistant Manager/Corporate Sales Skills -Must have a bachelors degree -Must speak conversational Japanese -Must have 5-10 years in an airline/travel industry -Must have sales experience -Must be able to travel once a month *If interested, please apply with *your most updated resume including your minimum salary requirement and why you left/or are looking to leave your current company. * Activ8 West- Los Angeles (Japanese Recruiting Company) Recruitment & Solutions / Renaissance Resources Inc., has been a trusted leader in North American recruiting for Japanese businesses for over 25 years.
