Duties and Responsibilities * Develop and sustain long-standing relationships with customer accounts to facilitate growth and increased market penetration. * Strategically identify new business opportunities by engaging with potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals. * Deliver presentations to prospective and existing clients to enhance understanding of services and secure business deals. * Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales targets. * Negotiate contracts with clients and establish a timeline of performance. * Stay up to date on industry trends and changes to adjust sales strategies accordingly. * Participate in weekly team meetings and training workshops to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge. * Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs. * Maintain professional relationships with business associations and networks. * Utilize CRM systems to ensure up-to-date client information and sales processing. * Prepare detailed reports on sales activities and results to discuss with management. * Coordinate with other departments to effectively manage client accounts and resolve any issues that arise.
