What You Bring to the Table * Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, active developers, REITs, and owner/operators in cold storage, data centers, and specialized manufacturing. * Support current and future Reeves Young regional projects by being a trusted advisor, including reviewing project progress, visiting job sites, participating in appropriate project meetings and communicating with the client; * Develop and maintain information in Reeves Young's Client Relationship Management (CRM) software; * Must have proven tenured record of Business Development in Advanced Manufacturing. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development with proven success and increasing responsibility; Visit our website at [please apply online] __*to learn more about our growing team and the opportunities we are creating for people just like YOU!
