Who We 're Looking For We're seeking licensed real estate agents who are hungry to grow their production and want to plug into proven systems and a supportive culture. You are: * A motivated self-starter who takes ownership of your business. * Experienced in sales, negotiation, or client service. * Eager to work in a team environment with full admin and marketing support. * Coachable, committed, and consistent with follow-up and lead generation. * Focused on delivering exceptional client experiences. Requirements * Active Massachusetts Real Estate License. * 2+ years of sales or client-facing experience. * Excellent communication, organization, and people skills. * Reliable transportation and local knowledge of Worcester County. * Tech-savvy and adaptable with CRM systems and online tools. Compensation * Commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. * Experienced agents typically earn $100,000 -$250,000+ annually, depending on production. * No desk fees or hidden costs, we invest in your growth.
