Allusions is a well-established hair restoration studio with over 30 years of experience serving clients experiencing hair loss with expertise, compassion, and professionalism. We specialize in premium human hair wigs and toppers, offering private, personalized solutions in a warm and supportive environment. We're currently seeking a Stylist & Sales Consultant to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced stylist who thrives in a one- on-one setting and is ready to expand their career into a high-impact, consultative role. You'll guide clients through their hair restoration journey while providing styling, coloring, and customization services. What You 'll Do * Conduct private consultations to help clients select the best premium hair solution * Build trust through education, empathy, and professional presentation * Style and personalize wigs and toppers with light customization (e.g., root smudging, blowouts, blending) * Support clients over time with ongoing care and adjustments * Work as part of a collaborative and caring team You 're a Great Fit If You Have * A current Ohio cosmetology license * At least 5 years of experience in cutting, styling, and color * Strong interpersonal and sales skills -- you know how to guide without pressure * A calm, caring presence with clients navigating sensitive challenges * A growth mindset and willingness to be trained in our proven consultation process Compensation & Benefits * Guaranteed base salary during training * Performance-driven compensation with a generous bonus structure * Year 1 target total compensation: ~$50,000 * A high performer, with a full book and strong close rate, will have the potential to earn $75,000+ over time * Paid time off, 401(k) with company match, employer-sponsored health insurance If you're ready to use your creativity and care in a role that blends premium service with purpose, we'd love to meet you.
