Full description of the position

* Leverage prospecting tools and outbound calling techniques * Engage and build relationships with prospects and Target Accounts by promoting Icon products/Services to build sales pipeline * Produce qualified leads for Sales and schedule highly qualified meetings for Major Account Representatives * Manage inbound leads and properly disposition them * Work collaboratively with sales, marketing and Icon management team. * Meet and exceed high value activity metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis Required Skills: * Ability to maintain knowledge of and discuss ForgeRock products and company overview * Excellent oral and written communication skills in English * Portuguese and Spanish languages a plus * Confident in engaging in conversations with new prospects over the phone and managing objections * Well-developed interpersonal and decision making skills * Must be self-driven and organized * Excellent computer skills - Microsoft Office, Applications, etc. * Previous business experience a plus Benefits Healthcare * $250 company contribution toward one of our group major medical plan * 50% company contribution toward dental and vision insurance * $50,000 life insurance policy paid for by Icon Monthly Expenses * Monthly telecom costs * Costs for internet access Vacation * No formal Paid Time Off plan - we treat our employees as adults Flexible Hours * We are not about cubicles or the 9-5 grind More Perks * HSA or FSA plan (pre-tax dollars toward medical/dependent costs) * Short term/Long term disability benefits * Commuter benefits (pre-tax dollars toward parking/transit costs) * Dependent care reimbursement for required business travel * Education/certification reimbursement Locations * We call Washington, NJ our headquarters.
