Make your workday count for more results for yourself and your family. *ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage all aspects of the sales process, including contracts, closings, preparing loan paperwork and assisting to ensure a smooth move-in. * Greet clients, assess the customer's needs, answer questions and provide tours of the homes and community. * Respond to in-person, phone and email inquiries, which includes providing community & sales information, making appointments etc. * Follow-up on sales leads from various sources including advertising, telephone and website, social media along with identifying local marketing opportunities for new business. * Maintain professional business activity with customers throughout the process. * Provide excellent customer service * Availability: Must be able to work evenings, weekends and some holidays MINIMUM QUALIFICIATIONS * High school diploma or equivalent is required. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Customer service focused with the ability to be a strong team player. * Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). * Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner. * Must be able to tour the community with clients, which includes walking the property and climbing stairs.
