Job Description: CleanPath Orlando is a fast-growing valet trash company serving residential communities across Central Florida. We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Representative to prospect and close contracts with: * Homeowners Associations (HOAs) * Property Management Companies * Apartment Communities * Townhome and Single-Family Home Communities This is a 1099 commission-based position with aggressive commissions and bonuses. Responsibilities: * Prospect and visit residential communities * Present CleanPath's valet trash services * Build relationships with HOA boards and Property Managers * Schedule and attend meetings * Close service contracts * Follow up with decision-makers * Represent the brand professionally in the field Compensation: * 10% -15% commission on total contract value * One-time payment per closed contract * Bonus for first closed deal ($200 -$500) * Additional bonuses based on community size * No cap on earnings Ideal Candidate: * Experience in B2B sales (HOA, property management, landscaping, janitorial, pest control, facilities, or similar) * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Self-motivated and goal-oriented * Reliable transportation * Comfortable with commission-only structure * English required (Spanish/Portuguese a plus) Why Join CleanPath: * High-ticket contracts (6-7 figures annually per portfolio) * Recurring revenue model * Fast-growing company in Central Florida * Opportunity to grow into Sales Manager role Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month Expected hours: No less than 12.0 per week Work Location: On the road
