We are looking for a pet-loving professional to assist with sales in our Premier Guest Services Department. WorldCare Pet Transport is one of the world's most respected pet relocation companies specializing in the transport of household pets domestically or internationally. If you are an articulate sales professional or customer service representative who is comfortable consulting with potential customers globally , consider joining our team based in Darien, CT. This is an in-office position (not hybrid or remote). As a Pet Relocation Advisor in the Premier Guest Services Department (assisting retail customers) you will be responsible for the following activities, among other tasks: RESPONSIBILITIES: * Reviewing incoming inquiries as assigned (which come into our office through calls, emails, or request an estimate submissions) to help qualify these leads according to our guidelines. There is no cold calling involved with this position as we are aiming to be more responsive to the high volume of incoming inquiries. * Engaging with potential customers throughout the world to provide information and actively work towards converting these leads/inquiries to confirmed pet moves/sales. * You will help with related logistical and administrative activities such as handling research, answering calls, working with internal departments such as quoting. * You will maintain the data base with highly accurate and updated information regarding your prospective customers and their pets (using HubSpot) and generate reports related to these inquiries and sales as required. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university * Exceptional oral and written communications abilities with superb follow-up skills * Highly professional and polished demeanor to work with pet owners worldwide * Customer-centric focus * Ideally two or more years of successful sales, business development or complex customer service experience in an office setting * Proficient with Microsoft applications * Knowledge of HubSpot a plus * Highly organized self-starter with excellent attention to detail * Passion for pets essential * Ability to manage a large volume of leads particularly during our busy season of summer - some work outside of normal business hours may be necessary due to time zone differences * Typing/data entry speed of 50+ words per minute * This position is eligible for a commission on each inquiry that you convert into a confirmed door-to-door, door-to-airport, or airport-to-door move (if there are no changes that later occur to the scope and nature of the move).
