Job Summary M & F Looking for a trust worthy sales Rep. Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business, maintaining existing customer relationships, and driving sales of glass products and services. This role requires strong product knowledge of architectural glass, mirrors, shower enclosures, and related hardware, along with excellent customer service and follow-up skills. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, designers, and walk-in customers * Generate and follow up on quotes for glass fabrication and installation projects * Accurately review project specifications, measurements, and customer requirements * Promote company products including tempered glass, laminated glass, mirrors, shower enclosures, storefront systems, and hardware * Coordinate with production, scheduling, and delivery teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment * Track leads, quotes, and orders using company systems * Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals * Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently * Stay informed on lead times, pricing, and product availability Skills * Previous sales experience (construction, glass, or building materials preferred) * Strong communication and customer service skills * Ability to read basic measurements and understand glass specifications * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment * Strong organizational and follow-up skills * Proficiency with computers, email, and quoting software Preferred Qualifications * Experience in glass fabrication or glazing industry * Knowledge of shower enclosures, storefront systems, and safety glass requirements * Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus * Inside or outside B2B sales experience Pay: From $52,000.00 per year Benefits: * Paid time off Work Location: On the road
