This role involves managing multiple client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs. Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. * Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues. * Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell service. * Present proposals to expand services within existing accounts. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions. * Communicate client requirements and feedback effectively. * Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports.
