As we embark on this new chapter, we're eager to welcome qualified, motivated, and exceptional individuals to join our team as Internet Sales Representatives. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in creating extraordinary experiences for our customers. Utilizing your strong communication skills, you'll identify their needs and desires, making this opportunity perfect for someone dedicated and outgoing to kick-start their sales career with us during our grand opening celebration! Here's what you'll be doing: * Guiding customers through a comprehensive buying process using established selling steps, policies, and procedures. * Promptly responding to all internet leads. * Negotiating and closing profitable deals via phone, text, or email. * Crafting engaging emails adhering to professional and literary standards. * Developing and conveying extensive product knowledge about vehicle features. * Demonstrating vehicle operation and features both in the showroom and during test drives. * Presenting new or pre-owned vehicles to customers through an established delivery process, ensuring they understand the vehicle's features, warranty, and paperwork. * Maintaining a system for owner follow-up to encourage repeat and referral business. * Proactively prospecting potential customers through calls, emails, and text messages to set appointments. * Setting and monitoring personal sales goals on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis. * Fostering positive and ethical working relationships with all stakeholders. * Upholding the dealership's values, quality, and integrity. * Analyzing information to resolve issues and make timely decisions. Qualifications: This role is perfect for you if you: * Enjoy meeting new people and are passionate about helping customers. * Have previous experience in customer service and/or sales (not necessarily in car sales; we'll provide the necessary training and support). What You'll Need: To succeed in this role, you'll need to have: * Full-time availability and be at least 18 years old. * A creative, positive, team player attitude. * The ability to analyze situations and make win-win business decisions. * Honesty, empathy, and exceptional communication skills. * The capacity to work in team-based and independent settings. * Proficiency in Spanish and English, comfortable interacting with customers in both languages. * A minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent. * Sales and/or customer service experience. * Self-motivation, goal-orientation, and enthusiasm for teamwork. * Excellent communication, customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills. * The ability to understand and execute instructions in written, oral, or diagram form. * A professional appearance and a strong work ethic. * An excellent driving record, a current valid driver?s license, and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
