Our Springfield flagship store is more than a showroom, it's a luxury sleep experience. The Role We are seeking a Sales Consultant to join our flagship Foreverbed location in Springfield. This is not a transactional sales job, it's a relationship-driven career opportunity. You will guide clients through a personalized consultation process, educating them on luxury sleep, wellness, and design while delivering a white-glove experience. Responsibilities * Welcome clients into our showroom with professionalism and warmth. * Conduct one-on-one consultations to understand each client's lifestyle, sleep needs, and design preferences. * Present our luxury product collections with confidence, storytelling, and attention to detail. * Build lasting client relationships through follow-up, gifting, and personalized service. * Participate in exclusive in-store events with interior designers, realtors, and luxury buyers. * Maintain showroom presentation to reflect Foreverbed's luxury standards. Ideal Candidate * Previous experience in luxury retail, high-end furniture, interior design, jewelry, or hospitality preferred. * Polished communication and interpersonal skills -- comfortable engaging affluent clientele. * Consultative sales style with ability to educate, listen, and build trust. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and detail-driven. * A passion for health, wellness, or design is a plus.
