Indeed requires a pay range to be displayed; however, this position does NOT offer hourly pay, salary, or guaranteed income. Earnings are based entirely on performance. About the Role We are seeking motivated individuals to generate solar appointments through direct homeowner outreach. Your role is to introduce solar, qualify homeowners, and set confirmed appointments for our solar consultants. You are not responsible for closing deals. If you are seeking hourly wages or full-time employment, this role is not a fit. Responsibilities * Canvass assigned neighborhoods door-to-door * Speak with homeowners about solar and energy savings * Identify homeowner qualification (homeownership, utility provider, interest level) * Schedule confirmed appointments for solar consultants * Accurately log leads and appointments * Follow provided scripts and training Compensation * 100% commission-only (1099 Independent Contractor) * Paid per qualified and completed appointment * Additional bonuses available for installed deals * Uncapped earning potential * No hourly pay, no base pay, no guarantees Why This Role Makes Sense This opportunity is designed for individuals who prefer earning based on performance, not being capped by an hourly wage.
