Position Overview As an Automotive Sales Representative, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience while guiding guests through the vehicle buying process. Our sales team uses a consultative, relationship-based approach , focused on creating customers for life--not pressure sales. Whether you are new to automotive sales or an experienced professional, we provide the tools, training, and support to help you succeed. Key Responsibilities * Greet and assist customers in a professional and welcoming manner * Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles * Become a product expert on vehicle features, options, and technology * Build strong relationships and long-term customer loyalty * Present vehicle pricing and financial options clearly and accurately * Follow up with customers before and after the sale * Respond to phone, email, and online inquiries * Complete dealership and manufacturer certification training * Meet or exceed monthly sales goals * Work closely with Sales Management on performance objectives * Conduct all business ethically, professionally, and with integrity What We're Looking For * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * High energy, positive attitude, and customer-first mindset * Professional, well-groomed appearance * Reliable attendance and strong work ethic * Motivation to earn and grow financially * Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Previous automotive sales experience is NOT required. Paid professional training is provided. Candidates from hospitality, retail, customer service, call centers, finance, mortgage, insurance, or other sales- driven industries are strongly encouraged to apply.
