Position Summary The Sales & Marketing Support role is a critical hub between our sales team, customers, and internal operations. This position supports the full sales lifecycle--from early customer communication and bid development through order entry, scheduling, and delivery coordination. You'll work closely with sales leadership to ensure pricing accuracy, professional proposals, organized pipelines, and a seamless customer experience. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys ownership, precision, and learning how a sales organization really works. Key Responsibilities * Prepare, submit, and manage bids and proposals for university and institutional projects * Develop and maintain accurate pricing models, quotes, and cost breakdowns * Support the sales team with professional phone and email communication to customers, partners, and distributors * Maintain and update CRM systems, including data entry, reporting, and pipeline tracking * Coordinate sales and marketing materials, product samples, and presentations * Assist sales management with strategic growth initiatives and market outreach * Enter orders and coordinate purchasing, system updates, and internal changes * Maintain customer, installation, and trucking calendars * Schedule freight and coordinate deliveries and installations * Provide responsive, professional service to existing and prospective customers Growth & Promotion Opportunities This role is designed as a launch point within Brill's sales and commercial organization. Potential growth paths may include: * Senior Sales Support / Sales Operations with ownership of pricing, CRM reporting, and process improvement * Inside Sales or Account Support , working directly with key university accounts * Marketing or Business Development Support , including outreach, market research, and campaign coordination * Expanded leadership responsibility within sales operations as systems and volume grow We value people who take initiative, master the fundamentals, and want to grow alongside the business.
