Compensation

: $45,000 - $55,000 per year + Commission. potential to earn $100k+ year

Key Responsibilities

:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Conduct client consultations to assess security needs and propose tailored solutions
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations proposals and completed agreements.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams
• Meet or exceed sales targets
• Maintain accurate records in CRM

Qualifications

:

• Minimum 5 years of extensive experience in sales related to the security industry
• Proven B2B sales track record
• Able to work independently and self-motivated
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with security services is mandatory
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
