Sales Admin Assistant Sun Valley, CA Full time - Temp to hire Monday thru Friday - 7am to 4:30pm $22hr to $35hr depending on experience. Technology manufacturer in Sun Valley specializing in the design, production, and support of biomedical tools like vital signs monitors and patient simulators, is looking for a Sales Admin Assistant to join their team. Summary : Sales Administration Specialist has responsibility for all sales administration, customer service and order processing, as well as coordination with the sales team, VP of Sales and Marketing, COO, CFO and Production Supervisors.

Responsibilities

:

• Answering and directing incoming phone calls.
• Assisting customers with purchase orders and accessory orders.
• Follow up on sales leads or pass leads to qualified reps/distributors.
• Generating customer quotations and processing sales orders.
• Reviewing purchase orders for Pronk's ability to meet customers' requests.
• Coordinate with Logistics Supervisor to ensure ability to meet customers' requests.
• Data entry of new customers and current customer information into Pronk databases.
• Assists with customer negotiations and dispute resolution and documentation of such.
• Assisting Sales staff as needed.
• Generating invoices and shipping documentation.
• Process and schedule international customer orders.
• Accurately track and process commissions.
• Assisting Pronk distributors as directed by VP of Sales and Marketing.
• Maintain pricing books and customer facing documents.
• Coordinating trade shows and organizing supplies.
• Coordinate any customer mailings.
• Purchasing marketing materials.

Qualifications

:

• Minimum 3 years' experience working in customer service with customers in person or over the phone.
• Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Experience is using Customer Relationship Database. Experience with Salesforce a plus.
• Ability to type minimum 40 words per minute.
• Good communication skills and excels working as part of a team.
• Ability to multi-task efficiently. indL Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
